Original Return Policy

 

Our policy lasts 30 days starting from the date your package is marked delivered. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Please note that it may take us a few business days to respond to email, but we time stamp when the email was sent to our team.

If any item arrives damaged/defective, please contact our customer support immediately within 72 hours photos of the item by emailing .

We currently offer free returns for defective or wrong item(s) when returning your item(s) for a refund.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

In an event the item you received was defective, please email our support team with pictures and defects of the item. Our team will then facilitate with processing your defective item.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Defective Item (if applicable)

 

If you received an item that was defective, please reach out to our team. Please provide order # along with pictures of item(s). Once the team reviews the pictures, they will provide a response on how to proceed. Defective items must be reported within 48 hours of receiving. We cannot replace or refund items that have been worn or used.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
